- Fan Experience Offers are redeemable only after you have completed a valid purchase.
- You must have a valid order number from a retail marketplace.
- Each order number can only be redeemed a single time for a single offer.
- The information contained on the order does not need to match the fan experience offer, but there is a limit of one redemption per order.
- Redemptions cannot be completed for orders that have been cancelled, including if events have been cancelled prior to redemption.
